Poppy Photography had what might have been the nicest booth ever: a carnival them, complete with peanuts and popcorn, and decked out with flowers by Rook & Rose. This show is always a reminder of how lucky our island brides truly are to have such talent to choose from!

What fabulous things happen when you mix such creative, talented and loveable professionals. Ophelia Photography, Ma-Luxe, Carly Flint Makeup Artistry teamed up to shoot The Wedding Belles last week, and the results are breathtaking! We supplied the dresses (of course), and the shoot took place at The Empress in Victoria. The results? Um, romantic, timeless, magical!

Seeing as the city has pretty much shut down, everyone here at Blush has decided to shut down the shop and spend the day making snow angels instead!

It’s Victoria’s annual snow day! We’re open and ready with a pot of tea to help you find your dress. Here’s a little shot of the snow beginning on Johnson street late last night (we’re working like little elves to get ready for bridal fair next Sunday). Bundle up & come downtown- it’s so pretty and so romantic!
